Dear CCC Members:
NOTICE IS HEREBY given to the members of Christ Church of China.
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, mass gatherings remain suspended by the local authorities until further notice. We were unable to conduct our originally scheduled March 22, 2020 Annual General Meeting. In compliance with the BC Societies Act and our CCC Bylaw, the deacon board has decided to reschedule the AGM, held online as a video/web conference on:
Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 1:30pm
We are in the process of notifying our church members by publishing this here on our church website and through the following communication channels: email, messaging apps, and phone calls. A letter will be mailed out only to those members without the ability to receive this notice by other methods.
We will email the details to the virtual online meeting and a link to download the documents for members to review prior to the meeting by April 12th.
